Description
The Houston Outdoor Kitchen Island Package (SCPHOUSTON9.8) is a 116" all 304 stainless steel island built around a Ruby Series 4-burner Pro-Sear grill, with a side burner, outdoor refrigerator and sink station in the same run. The countertop is not included.
The grill (RUBY4B) puts out up to 80,000 BTUs across all-stainless steel I-Burners and runs on natural gas or propane. Next to it sits the Ruby Series 13" double slide-in burner (SUN13VDB), with two up to 15,000 BTU brass burners (up to 30,000 BTU combined) for high-heat searing and wok cooking.
The 21" outdoor refrigerator (SAPFR21PRO) holds 4.1 cu. ft. and has adjustable shelves and a weather-resistant build. The 21" x 21" zero-radius drop-in sink (B-PS21) comes with a faucet, dispenser, grid and cutting board. The modular cabinets snap together, so the layout can be configured different ways, and they leave plenty of storage under the counter.

Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 3 business days after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
When the shipment arrives, please do the following:
- Inspect every box carefully before signing. There is no such thing as damage that is too small: dents, tears, crushed corners, punctures, or scuffs should all be noted.
- Take clear photos of any box that shows damage.
- On the delivery receipt, write down exactly how many boxes have visible damage. If it is electronic, have the driver show you where to notate the damage. Before handing it back, take a photo of the document showing your notation.
After the driver leaves, please immediately open and inspect the items themselves. If you find any damage, contact us with the following:
- A photo of the item unboxed with the damage visible
- A close-up photo of the actual damage
- A photo of the delivery document where you noted the box damage
These steps ensure we can file a claim quickly and get any replacement parts or items to you without delay.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

This island is a beast. The stainless looks great and holds up well to the weather here in Florida. Only gripe is a few of the cabinet doors were fiddly to put together and took longer than I expected to line up.
Our backyard is now the place to be. The storage is great, and having the grill, fridge and prep space all right there makes hosting so much easier. Best money we've spent outside.
As a contractor I'm impressed with the quality on this package. Heavy gauge stainless and really solid construction. My client loves how well it fit their patio and how well it works for serious grilling.
Love this island. It's big and well laid out, so all my tools and ingredients are right where I need them. Cooking for a crowd is easy now, and the stainless makes cleanup pretty easy too.
We've had our island a few months and it's made cooking outside a lot better. Having everything built in is really convenient and the stainless looks sharp. I wish some of the accessory install instructions were clearer, but overall we're very happy.
