Description
The Ruby 4 Burner Pro-Sear 36" (RUBY4B) is a built-in gas grill for an outdoor kitchen island. It handles everyday meals and larger cookouts in a 36" footprint, on natural gas or propane.
Four exclusive fabricated I-burners generate up to 80,000 BTU with even heat. Each burner has Flame-Thrower ignition. The solid 304 stainless steel cooking grids use variable rod spacing for large cuts and smaller items. Main cooking area is 653-1/4 sq. in., 837-1/2 sq. in. total.
Everything is 304 stainless steel. Halogen interior lights and color-changing LED control panel lights help with night cooking. A drop-open panel and back hood wind guards make service easier. Upgrades include a pizza stone, griddle, charcoal tray, deep fryer, sear grate, warming rack and dual rotisserie rods.
The grill measures 36" W x 27" D x 22" H and weighs 150 lbs. The cut-out is 33-1/2" W x 22" D x 10" H.

Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 3 business days after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
When the shipment arrives, please do the following:
- Inspect every box carefully before signing. There is no such thing as damage that is too small: dents, tears, crushed corners, punctures, or scuffs should all be noted.
- Take clear photos of any box that shows damage.
- On the delivery receipt, write down exactly how many boxes have visible damage. If it is electronic, have the driver show you where to notate the damage. Before handing it back, take a photo of the document showing your notation.
After the driver leaves, please immediately open and inspect the items themselves. If you find any damage, contact us with the following:
- A photo of the item unboxed with the damage visible
- A close-up photo of the actual damage
- A photo of the delivery document where you noted the box damage
These steps ensure we can file a claim quickly and get any replacement parts or items to you without delay.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

This grill is a beast. The 304 stainless is really impressive and you can tell it's built to take anything. My steaks have never tasted better with the sear burner.
Really happy with this grill. Four burners give plenty of room and the pro sear puts a great crust on everything. Install in my outdoor kitchen was straightforward.
Cooks well and the stainless looks sharp. For the price though, I expected heavier duty grates. Solid grill, just not perfect.
We have people over a lot and this grill has been great for it. Heat is nice and even across the whole 36" and the 304 stainless build is excellent. Recommend it if you grill a lot.
Cooks fine and the sear burner is a nice touch. For nearly three grand though, I was hoping for something more unique. Good basic grill, just feels a little overpriced.
