Description
The Sunstone 28" 3-Burner Built-In Gas Grill with Infrared Burner (SUN3BIR) is a heavy-duty grill for an outdoor kitchen island, with a rear infrared burner for rotisserie cooking. It runs on natural gas or propane.
Three main burners at up to 20,000 BTU each give up to 60,000 BTU, and the infrared rear burner adds up to 15,000 BTU, for up to 75,000 BTU total. That lets you sear on one zone and slow-cook ribs on another. The cooking surface is 484 sq. in. on heavy-duty 3/8" stainless steel grates. A complete rotisserie kit (rod, forks and motor) is included.
Electronic ignition starts it quickly, and the double-wall hood has a built-in temperature gauge. The grill is 304 stainless steel with edges that have no seams, which helps it resist corrosion. It is 28" wide.

Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 3 business days after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
When the shipment arrives, please do the following:
- Inspect every box carefully before signing. There is no such thing as damage that is too small: dents, tears, crushed corners, punctures, or scuffs should all be noted.
- Take clear photos of any box that shows damage.
- On the delivery receipt, write down exactly how many boxes have visible damage. If it is electronic, have the driver show you where to notate the damage. Before handing it back, take a photo of the document showing your notation.
After the driver leaves, please immediately open and inspect the items themselves. If you find any damage, contact us with the following:
- A photo of the item unboxed with the damage visible
- A close-up photo of the actual damage
- A photo of the delivery document where you noted the box damage
These steps ensure we can file a claim quickly and get any replacement parts or items to you without delay.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

This 28 inch grill is a beast. Feels really durable and it fit perfectly in my custom island. The main burners heat up fast, but the infrared burner took a little getting used to for searing steaks right.
We've wanted a built in grill forever and this one delivered. Three burners is plenty of cooking space for our family and it looks really sleek. My contractor said the install was straightforward.
Cooks really well, no complaints there. You can tell the heat is even, and the infrared burner does great with chicken. My only real gripe is the price, it's definitely more than other options out there.
Love this grill. Really well built and looks great in our outdoor kitchen. The infrared burner gets a perfect crust on burgers and steaks. Recommend it if you grill a lot.
This 28 inch grill beat my expectations. I could tell it was quality as soon as it was in. Heat control is precise and I've cooked everything from fish to thick steaks perfectly. You won't regret it.
