Description
The Ruby 4 Burner with IR Pro-Sear 36" (RUBY4BIR) is a built-in gas grill for an outdoor kitchen island, with an infrared back burner added to the four main burners. It runs on natural gas or propane.
Four exclusive fabricated I-burners generate up to 80,000 BTU, and the infrared back burner adds up to 15,000 BTU, for up to 95,000 BTU total. Each burner has Flame-Thrower ignition. The solid 304 stainless steel cooking grids use variable rod spacing for large cuts and smaller items. Main cooking area is 653-1/4 sq. in., 837-1/2 sq. in. total.
Everything is 304 stainless steel. Halogen interior lights and color-changing LED control panel lights help with night cooking, and a drop-open panel and back hood wind guards make service easier. Upgrades include a pizza stone, griddle, charcoal tray, deep fryer, sear grate, warming rack and dual rotisserie rods.
The grill measures 36" W x 27" D x 22" H and weighs 150 lbs. The cut-out is 33-1/2" W x 22" D x 10" H.

Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 3 business days after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
When the shipment arrives, please do the following:
- Inspect every box carefully before signing. There is no such thing as damage that is too small: dents, tears, crushed corners, punctures, or scuffs should all be noted.
- Take clear photos of any box that shows damage.
- On the delivery receipt, write down exactly how many boxes have visible damage. If it is electronic, have the driver show you where to notate the damage. Before handing it back, take a photo of the document showing your notation.
After the driver leaves, please immediately open and inspect the items themselves. If you find any damage, contact us with the following:
- A photo of the item unboxed with the damage visible
- A close-up photo of the actual damage
- A photo of the delivery document where you noted the box damage
These steps ensure we can file a claim quickly and get any replacement parts or items to you without delay.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

This 4 burner is a beast. The 304 stainless really holds up to the weather here in Florida and there's a ton of cooking space for entertaining. Only gripe is the igniters can be a little finicky, but once it's lit it holds heat like a champ.
Really impressed with the IR sear burner. Great crust on steaks every time and the heat is nice and even across all four burners. Cleanup is pretty easy too, which I appreciate after a big cookout.
For the price this grill has a lot going for it. Feels very sturdy and looks great in our outdoor kitchen. It cooks well, I just wish the knobs felt a little beefier. Solid purchase overall.
Really love my new Ruby. 36" is the right size for our family get togethers and the 304 stainless build is great. Handles everything from slow cooks to high heat searing and looks good doing it.
Seriously the best grill I've owned. The burners are powerful and the heat is consistent, every meal turns out. Knowing it's all 304 stainless, I'm confident it'll last outside.
