Description
The 33" Sunstone Universal Appliance Jacket (SUNJK33) is built for the RUBY3B and SUNCHSZ30 and takes many other gas and hybrid grill brands out of the box with minor assembly. It is double-walled 304 stainless steel and gives the grill a heat barrier and proper venting inside an outdoor kitchen or BBQ island.
It fits grills up to 26" W x 22" D x 10" H, or 12" H with the vent panel removed. The jacket needs a 31-1/2" W x 24-1/4" D x 13" H cut-out and is a zero clearance design. The grill rests on the upper rim and hangs free inside, and a self-supporting raised ledge runs around the sides and back.
Vents at the lower front and upper back edges pass excess heat and gas through. Covered utility ports let you open only the side your gas or electrical line uses. It works with natural gas or propane. Fasten a cabinet peg-leg in each bottom corner to set the jacket and grill on a picnic table or blocks before the island is ready.

Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 3 business days after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
When the shipment arrives, please do the following:
- Inspect every box carefully before signing. There is no such thing as damage that is too small: dents, tears, crushed corners, punctures, or scuffs should all be noted.
- Take clear photos of any box that shows damage.
- On the delivery receipt, write down exactly how many boxes have visible damage. If it is electronic, have the driver show you where to notate the damage. Before handing it back, take a photo of the document showing your notation.
After the driver leaves, please immediately open and inspect the items themselves. If you find any damage, contact us with the following:
- A photo of the item unboxed with the damage visible
- A close-up photo of the actual damage
- A photo of the delivery document where you noted the box damage
These steps ensure we can file a claim quickly and get any replacement parts or items to you without delay.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

I was a little nervous about how "universal" a universal jacket would really be, but it fit my grill perfectly. Assembly was minor and easy. My outdoor kitchen finally looks finished.
I'm a contractor so I notice materials, and this jacket is built well. The stainless is heavy and it fit right in with my client's outdoor setup. Good buy for protecting a grill.
Well made and looks sharp in my outdoor kitchen. Install was mostly easy, but one of the pre-drilled holes didn't line up quite right. Fixed it with a little effort, just took a few extra minutes.
I BBQ a lot and this jacket really cleaned up the look of my cooking area. My grill looks built in now and the whole setup feels more high end. Very happy with it.
My grill is a slightly older model and I was worried this wouldn't work, but it fits snug and secure. Looks great and keeps the weather off the grill.
