Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 3 business days after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
When the shipment arrives, please do the following:
- Inspect every box carefully before signing. There is no such thing as damage that is too small: dents, tears, crushed corners, punctures, or scuffs should all be noted.
- Take clear photos of any box that shows damage.
- On the delivery receipt, write down exactly how many boxes have visible damage. If it is electronic, have the driver show you where to notate the damage. Before handing it back, take a photo of the document showing your notation.
After the driver leaves, please immediately open and inspect the items themselves. If you find any damage, contact us with the following:
- A photo of the item unboxed with the damage visible
- A close-up photo of the actual damage
- A photo of the delivery document where you noted the box damage
These steps ensure we can file a claim quickly and get any replacement parts or items to you without delay.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.
Customer reviews
About our reviews: they come from verified direct customers and from our authorized dealer network, including Home Depot, Lowe's, Amazon and other Sunstone dealers.
Exactly what my outdoor kitchen needed. The flush style looks clean and the propane tank is out of sight but easy to get to. Easy install and it feels really solid.
Really happy with this. I use mine for a propane tank, but being able to use it for a trash can instead is smart. The swivel door moves smooth and feels like it'll hold up outside.
Solid piece for my BBQ island. Fits in well and the stainless matches my other appliances. Only small complaint is the swivel could be a little smoother, not a deal-breaker.
Does what it's supposed to, keeps my propane tank out of sight and protected. The flush mount makes the outdoor kitchen look more finished. Good value for the price.
Contractor here. Well made, sturdy materials, and the instructions made for a quick install into the outdoor kitchen frame. Reliable pick for clients.
