Description
This set of two cooking grates (P-GSet3B-2pc) is the replacement or upgrade grate set for the Sunstone 28" 3B Grill. Each grate is 3/8" thick 304 stainless steel, which holds heat and spreads it evenly across the cooking surface.
The 304 stainless steel resists rust and corrosion and cleans up easily after a cook. The grates are sized for Sunstone 28" 3B gas grill models and set right into place. Each one weighs about 4 lbs.

Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 3 business days after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
When the shipment arrives, please do the following:
- Inspect every box carefully before signing. There is no such thing as damage that is too small: dents, tears, crushed corners, punctures, or scuffs should all be noted.
- Take clear photos of any box that shows damage.
- On the delivery receipt, write down exactly how many boxes have visible damage. If it is electronic, have the driver show you where to notate the damage. Before handing it back, take a photo of the document showing your notation.
After the driver leaves, please immediately open and inspect the items themselves. If you find any damage, contact us with the following:
- A photo of the item unboxed with the damage visible
- A close-up photo of the actual damage
- A photo of the delivery document where you noted the box damage
These steps ensure we can file a claim quickly and get any replacement parts or items to you without delay.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

Definitely solid 304 stainless and they fit my 28 inch 3 burner perfectly. For the price though, I hoped they'd hold heat or sear noticeably better. They do the job, it's just a lot to spend on replacement grates.
Big difference. My old grates were a mess, and these 3/8 inch solid stainless ones make my 28 inch grill feel brand new. Cooks more evenly and cleanup is easy. Recommend.
No question these are quality, they feel really sturdy. Fit my 28 inch grill like it said. Only complaint is they're pretty heavy, so they're a bit awkward to take out and clean, especially hot.
I've had my 28 inch Sunstone grill for years and it was time for new grates. These 3/8 inch 304 stainless ones are a big step up from the originals. They heat up well and leave nice sear marks. Good way to keep the grill going longer.
Exactly what I needed for my 28 inch grill. Good 304 stainless and the 3/8 inch thickness feels substantial. Dropped right in and my steaks are coming off with a nice char. Very happy.
