Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 3 business days after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
When the shipment arrives, please do the following:
- Inspect every box carefully before signing. There is no such thing as damage that is too small: dents, tears, crushed corners, punctures, or scuffs should all be noted.
- Take clear photos of any box that shows damage.
- On the delivery receipt, write down exactly how many boxes have visible damage. If it is electronic, have the driver show you where to notate the damage. Before handing it back, take a photo of the document showing your notation.
After the driver leaves, please immediately open and inspect the items themselves. If you find any damage, contact us with the following:
- A photo of the item unboxed with the damage visible
- A close-up photo of the actual damage
- A photo of the delivery document where you noted the box damage
These steps ensure we can file a claim quickly and get any replacement parts or items to you without delay.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

Finally a reliable ignition valve. My old one was a pain but this one lights my grill on the first try every single time. Install was easier than I expected too, big plus for a DIY guy like me.
Solid replacement. Fit right into my grill and has worked perfectly since I put it in. Only gripe is the price, but the quality is there.
The valve does exactly what it's supposed to do, ignites the grill without a hitch. It feels well-made and durable. I just wish it wasn't quite so expensive for what it is, but it's a necessary component.
Didn't realize how much I needed this until I had it. Easy startup makes grilling a lot more enjoyable. Small part, big difference in using my outdoor kitchen.
Easy swap for my old bad valve and now the grill fires right up. No more messing with lighters, which is a big win on weekends.
