Description
The Stainless Rust Medic Kit (BRIA-SRM-KIT) removes rust and chemical stains from non-coated stainless steel. It is the only rust removal product Sunstone recommends and supports for its stainless steel.
The kit includes a rust remover, a protective sealant and application cloths, so you have everything needed to clean, restore and protect the surface in one box. Taking off the rust and discoloration left by weather brings back the original finish, and the sealant uses nanoparticle technology to seal the steel against future rust and chemical damage.
It is safe on 304 and 430 stainless steel and does not damage the metal finish. Use it on grills, handrails, pool areas, architectural surfaces and coastal installations that see salt spray and humidity. The kit weighs about 2 lbs.

Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 3 business days after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
When the shipment arrives, please do the following:
- Inspect every box carefully before signing. There is no such thing as damage that is too small: dents, tears, crushed corners, punctures, or scuffs should all be noted.
- Take clear photos of any box that shows damage.
- On the delivery receipt, write down exactly how many boxes have visible damage. If it is electronic, have the driver show you where to notate the damage. Before handing it back, take a photo of the document showing your notation.
After the driver leaves, please immediately open and inspect the items themselves. If you find any damage, contact us with the following:
- A photo of the item unboxed with the damage visible
- A close-up photo of the actual damage
- A photo of the delivery document where you noted the box damage
These steps ensure we can file a claim quickly and get any replacement parts or items to you without delay.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

I had some stubborn rust spots on my stainless countertops from a leaky planter. This kit worked great. The uncoated stainless looks brand new again, really impressed.
Did a decent job on some minor surface rust that showed up on my grill's side shelves. Took some elbow grease, but results are pretty good. I'd recommend it for upkeep or small spots.
If you've got rust or chemical stains on your stainless, get this kit. It brought the finish back on my outdoor fridge and drawers. Worth it to keep everything looking good.
I bought this to tackle some more significant rust on my outdoor sink. While it helped, it didn't completely remove all the deeper stains as I'd hoped. For $350, I was expecting a miracle, and it was just okay.
I like keeping my outdoor kitchen looking good and this kit is great. Took off some old hard water stains and light rust easily, and my uncoated stainless looks like new.
