Description
The Ruby Cooking Grates with Solid Steel Griddle (Ruby-GR3B-Griddle) fit the 30" Ruby 3B grill. The set combines 304 stainless steel grates with a round inset solid steel griddle, so you can grill on one part of the surface and sear or sauté on the flat griddle.
The solid steel griddle holds heat and spreads it evenly. The stainless grates resist rust and corrosion. The set weighs about 12 lbs and drops into the grill without tools or modifications, and it lifts out for cleaning. For natural gas or propane models. See our warranty page for coverage.

Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 3 business days after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
When the shipment arrives, please do the following:
- Inspect every box carefully before signing. There is no such thing as damage that is too small: dents, tears, crushed corners, punctures, or scuffs should all be noted.
- Take clear photos of any box that shows damage.
- On the delivery receipt, write down exactly how many boxes have visible damage. If it is electronic, have the driver show you where to notate the damage. Before handing it back, take a photo of the document showing your notation.
After the driver leaves, please immediately open and inspect the items themselves. If you find any damage, contact us with the following:
- A photo of the item unboxed with the damage visible
- A close-up photo of the actual damage
- A photo of the delivery document where you noted the box damage
These steps ensure we can file a claim quickly and get any replacement parts or items to you without delay.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.
Customer reviews
About our reviews: they come from verified direct customers and from our authorized dealer network, including Home Depot, Lowe's, Amazon and other Sunstone dealers.
This griddle and grate combo is great on my Ruby. The 304 SS grates are really sturdy and the solid steel griddle is perfect for smash burgers and breakfast. Just dropped right in.
Really happy with these. You can tell the 304 stainless is quality and it fits my 30 inch Ruby perfectly. Great to be able to grill or use the griddle on the same grill now.
No question these are well made, very heavy duty. Gives me a lot more options on my Ruby. Only gripe is the price, a bit steep for an accessory, but it performs.
The griddle has quickly become one of my favorite things for the Ruby. Pancakes, bacon, eggs, it does it all well. The 304 SS grates are good too and clean up easily.
Couldn't be happier with this for my Ruby. The round inset griddle and grates fit like a glove. Cooks evenly and the solid steel feels really durable. Recommend.
