Description
The Ruby Cooking Grates with Pro Sear and Pizza Stone (Ruby-CIRGR4B-ProSear-Pizza) fit the 36" Ruby 4B grill. The set pairs 304 stainless steel round inset grates with a Pro Sear section for high, focused searing heat and a pizza stone for baking pizza on the grill.
The grates resist rust and corrosion and hold heat for consistent results. The set weighs about 15 lbs and drops into the grill without tools or modifications. For natural gas or propane models.

Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 3 business days after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
When the shipment arrives, please do the following:
- Inspect every box carefully before signing. There is no such thing as damage that is too small: dents, tears, crushed corners, punctures, or scuffs should all be noted.
- Take clear photos of any box that shows damage.
- On the delivery receipt, write down exactly how many boxes have visible damage. If it is electronic, have the driver show you where to notate the damage. Before handing it back, take a photo of the document showing your notation.
After the driver leaves, please immediately open and inspect the items themselves. If you find any damage, contact us with the following:
- A photo of the item unboxed with the damage visible
- A close-up photo of the actual damage
- A photo of the delivery document where you noted the box damage
These steps ensure we can file a claim quickly and get any replacement parts or items to you without delay.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

These 304 SS grates are a noticeable step up from my originals. The round inset for the SearPro burner is great for getting a good crust on steaks, and the pizza stone is fun on weekends. Just dropped them right in.
Really like how much more my 36" Ruby can do with these. The SearPro section gets really hot and the pizza stone works surprisingly well. Only small complaint is the grates are heavy to clean, but that's the trade-off for solid stainless.
Can't believe I waited this long. The SearPro inset gives restaurant quality sears on everything from tuna to burgers, and the pizza stone makes great crispy crusts. My 36" Ruby feels brand new and can do a lot more now. Worth it.
Fit my 36" Ruby perfectly, like they were made for it. The 304 stainless feels really durable and cleans up nicely. We've made pizza almost every weekend since we got the stone and it comes out great.
The quality of these 304 SS grates is there, and the SearPro section works like it says for high heat cooking. The pizza stone is a nice bonus, though we don't use it as much as I thought. Solid, the price just felt a little steep.
