Description
The Sunstone Stainless Steel Grill Cart (Cart5B) from Sunstone Metal Products turns a Sunstone 5 burner built-in gas grill into a mobile grill for the patio, deck or pool area. With the hood closed it measures 42" W x 24-3/8" D x 37-3/8" H, and it weighs 132 lbs.
The cart is solid one-piece 304 stainless steel, which holds up to rust and weather. Heavy-duty lockable casters make it easy to reposition, and the tip-over stability keeps it safe on uneven surfaces. Adjustable wing shelves give you prep space.
The double door cabinet has adjustable shelves for grilling tools and supplies, and an electrical box protects the components from weather and damage.

Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 3 business days after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
When the shipment arrives, please do the following:
- Inspect every box carefully before signing. There is no such thing as damage that is too small: dents, tears, crushed corners, punctures, or scuffs should all be noted.
- Take clear photos of any box that shows damage.
- On the delivery receipt, write down exactly how many boxes have visible damage. If it is electronic, have the driver show you where to notate the damage. Before handing it back, take a photo of the document showing your notation.
After the driver leaves, please immediately open and inspect the items themselves. If you find any damage, contact us with the following:
- A photo of the item unboxed with the damage visible
- A close-up photo of the actual damage
- A photo of the delivery document where you noted the box damage
These steps ensure we can file a claim quickly and get any replacement parts or items to you without delay.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

This cart made a big difference in my backyard BBQ setup. The stainless is really sturdy and cleans up great after a big cookout. Fits my grill perfectly and gives me a lot more prep space, which is just what I needed.
I'm big into BBQ and this cart really lives up to its description. Heavy duty wheels make it easy to move around the patio, and it feels like it's going to last. They got the quality and design right.
Really well built cart and the stainless looks great in my outdoor kitchen. Only small complaint is I wish it had a few more hooks or a spot for a propane tank. Otherwise a great addition to my grilling setup.
It's solid and the stainless is great, no doubt. But for the price I expected more built in storage or a smarter design. Does the job well, it's just a lot of money.
As a contractor who cares about materials, I can say this cart is built to last. Good quality stainless and clean welds. Moves around easily and gives my grill a solid base, so cooking outside goes a lot smoother.
