Description
The G-COVER5B is a Sunstone BBQ cover for 42" 5 burner gas grills. It keeps the grill clean and dry and protects it from dust, rain, snow and UV rays, which extends the life of the grill.
The cover is heavy-duty waterproof fabric with an anti-UV coating that holds up to rain, wind, storms, strong sun, dust and snow and helps prevent rust, corrosion and fading. Built-in tension around all edges keeps it snug and in place. With the cover on, small children and pets have a harder time getting to the grill knobs when the grill is unattended. Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 3 business days after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
When the shipment arrives, please do the following:
- Inspect every box carefully before signing. There is no such thing as damage that is too small: dents, tears, crushed corners, punctures, or scuffs should all be noted.
- Take clear photos of any box that shows damage.
- On the delivery receipt, write down exactly how many boxes have visible damage. If it is electronic, have the driver show you where to notate the damage. Before handing it back, take a photo of the document showing your notation.
After the driver leaves, please immediately open and inspect the items themselves. If you find any damage, contact us with the following:
- A photo of the item unboxed with the damage visible
- A close-up photo of the actual damage
- A photo of the delivery document where you noted the box damage
These steps ensure we can file a claim quickly and get any replacement parts or items to you without delay.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

Fits my 42" grill pretty well, which is great. But after a few months I'm seeing a little fading on top from the sun. Keeps the rain off, I was just hoping for something more durable long term for the price.
Fit on my 5 burner Sunstone grill is spot on, which is what I needed for the 42" length. Keeps the rain and leaves off, but the material feels thinner than I expected for a cover meant for bad weather. We'll see how it holds up after a full year.
So glad I got this cover. Fits my 42 inch 5 burner like a glove and it's already been through a couple heavy rainstorms. Worth it to keep the grill looking new.
Solid cover for my 42" grill. Easy to put on and take off and keeps the weather off the grill. It gets a bit stiff when it's cold out, but overall it's good protection.
Exactly what I needed for my 5 burner grill. The material feels tough and it covers my 42 inch grill completely, keeps it protected from whatever the weather does. Recommend it if you want your grill to last longer.
