Sunstone 52" Pellet Grill Base Cabinet for up to 44" Cut-Out - SAC52HGDC

The 52" Sunstone Hybrid Pellet Grill Base Cabinet (SAC52HGDC) holds hybrid and pellet grills from many brands with cut-outs from 37-3/4" to 44" wide. It is built from 304 stainless steel components that pin together into one cabinet.

The package includes one SCC22PTD, one SCC22BPE, two SCC15PTD, two SCC15BPE, one SCC16RARM and one SCC16LARM, plus adjustable height legs, front vented kick-plates, back kick-plates and solid 304 stainless steel rod handles. The SCC22PTD and the two SCC15PTD form the base, each with one large drawer and a removable partition wall near the front to keep things organized. The drawers hold several large bags of pellets in different flavors along with utensils, rubs and sauces.

Each component ships fully assembled. Connect them with the pin-hinge connections and bolt them together with the provided bolts; once assembled, the cabinet is tested to hold the weight of most grills, including the heaviest countertops. The front vented kick-plate and rear solid kick-plate protect the base, the removable counter rail and covered side wall access ports make grill installation easier, the face panel can be replaced to change the look, and eight adjustable peg-legs level it on any surface. Add wheel casters (sold separately) to turn it into a rolling grill cart or part of a larger rolling island.

Assembled, it measures 52" W x 28-1/4" D with drawers x 34-1/4" H on the included 4" peg legs, which adjust up another 1-1/2". The trim-kit on the front face fits your grill: cut-outs 37-3/4" to 44" W x 16-1/4" H x 24-1/2" max D, with a 3/4" counter. A thicker counter or backer board adds cut-out height. Shipping & Delivery

All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.

Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.

IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 3 business days after delivery.

Receiving Your Shipment

When the shipment arrives, please do the following:

• Inspect every box carefully before signing. There is no such thing as damage that is too small: dents, tears, crushed corners, punctures, or scuffs should all be noted.
• Take clear photos of any box that shows damage.
• On the delivery receipt, write down exactly how many boxes have visible damage. If it is electronic, have the driver show you where to notate the damage. Before handing it back, take a photo of the document showing your notation.

After the driver leaves, please immediately open and inspect the items themselves. If you find any damage, contact us with the following:

• A photo of the item unboxed with the damage visible
• A close-up photo of the actual damage
• A photo of the delivery document where you noted the box damage

These steps ensure we can file a claim quickly and get any replacement parts or items to you without delay.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.

We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.
