Description
The Sunstone Summit ADA-Compliant Outdoor Kitchen Island Package (SCPSUMMIT10) is a 118" island built to ADA standards for reach, height and open access. Cooks who use a wheelchair or have limited mobility can move around it and cook on their own.
It comes with a Ruby 30" Pro-Sear 3-burner grill and a 13" Double Versa burner rated at up to 30,000 BTU. The 37" ADA-compliant drop-in sink includes a faucet and soap dispenser. A 14" x 12" insulated wall ice chest and a 21" outdoor rated refrigerator with 4.1 cu ft of space handle the cold side.
The cabinets are 304 stainless steel with a No. 4 brushed finish. They have open access, special height modules for storage and utility, and adjustable height legs. Installation uses snap-together modules, leveling legs and clip-on kick plates. See our warranty page for coverage.

Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 3 business days after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
When the shipment arrives, please do the following:
- Inspect every box carefully before signing. There is no such thing as damage that is too small: dents, tears, crushed corners, punctures, or scuffs should all be noted.
- Take clear photos of any box that shows damage.
- On the delivery receipt, write down exactly how many boxes have visible damage. If it is electronic, have the driver show you where to notate the damage. Before handing it back, take a photo of the document showing your notation.
After the driver leaves, please immediately open and inspect the items themselves. If you find any damage, contact us with the following:
- A photo of the item unboxed with the damage visible
- A close-up photo of the actual damage
- A photo of the delivery document where you noted the box damage
These steps ensure we can file a claim quickly and get any replacement parts or items to you without delay.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

Just had our Summit island installed and we love it. The stainless feels very sturdy and the accessible design means everyone in the family can cook out. It's a big investment but you can see the quality.
I love to BBQ and we have a family member in a wheelchair, so finding an outdoor kitchen that works for all of us was a big deal. This one gets it right, from the counter height to the roomy layout. Everybody can get in on the grilling now. The grill performs like a pro unit too, which is just a bonus.
The 10' island is well built and being ADA compliant is a big plus for our community space. Our crew had no trouble installing it. I do think the price is high, even for the quality and what you get. Still, it works well.
This package was better than we expected. The 10 foot length gives us plenty of prep space and the appliances are really good quality, food comes out right every time. Our backyard is now where everyone wants to hang out.
I'm a contractor and I'm honestly impressed with how well this island is designed and built. The ADA features are built right into it, and it still cooks like a high end kitchen. My clients love how it works and how clean it looks.
