Description
The Signature Series 20" x 27" Beveled Frame Vertical Access Door (Reversible) (BA-DV2027) is a solid, non-vented vertical door for reaching storage or utility lines inside your outdoor kitchen island. It replaces the previous item number BA-DV1724.
It measures 20" W x 27" H x 3" D and fits a 18" W x 24-3/4" H cut-out. The frame is 16 gauge 304 stainless steel and the door panel is 18 gauge 304 stainless steel, in a No. 4 light brushed finish with a beveled frame that matches the rest of the Signature Series. It ships with the Signature Series Beveled Handle (zinc alloy, chrome plated).
To change the swing, rotate the door 180 degrees for left or right opening. It opens 120 degrees on built-in hinge pins, so no hinges show on the face, and magnets at the top and bottom hold it closed. The frame holes are pre-drilled, and the depth from the face to the frame mounting hole is 1-3/4". See our warranty page for coverage.

Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 3 business days after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
When the shipment arrives, please do the following:
- Inspect every box carefully before signing. There is no such thing as damage that is too small: dents, tears, crushed corners, punctures, or scuffs should all be noted.
- Take clear photos of any box that shows damage.
- On the delivery receipt, write down exactly how many boxes have visible damage. If it is electronic, have the driver show you where to notate the damage. Before handing it back, take a photo of the document showing your notation.
After the driver leaves, please immediately open and inspect the items themselves. If you find any damage, contact us with the following:
- A photo of the item unboxed with the damage visible
- A close-up photo of the actual damage
- A photo of the delivery document where you noted the box damage
These steps ensure we can file a claim quickly and get any replacement parts or items to you without delay.

Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.
