Description
The Set of Stainless Steel Cooking Grates (P-GSet) replaces or upgrades the grates on Sunstone gas grills. It comes in 2 pieces for 28" and 34" grills or 3 pieces for 42" grills.
The grates are 304 stainless steel, which resists rust and corrosion and keeps its shape under high heat. They hold an even temperature across the cooking surface and leave good sear marks on steaks, vegetables and seafood. The smooth stainless cleans up quickly, and the grates install easily. Listed size is 24" x 18" and weight is 5 lbs.

Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 3 business days after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
When the shipment arrives, please do the following:
- Inspect every box carefully before signing. There is no such thing as damage that is too small: dents, tears, crushed corners, punctures, or scuffs should all be noted.
- Take clear photos of any box that shows damage.
- On the delivery receipt, write down exactly how many boxes have visible damage. If it is electronic, have the driver show you where to notate the damage. Before handing it back, take a photo of the document showing your notation.
After the driver leaves, please immediately open and inspect the items themselves. If you find any damage, contact us with the following:
- A photo of the item unboxed with the damage visible
- A close-up photo of the actual damage
- A photo of the delivery document where you noted the box damage
These steps ensure we can file a claim quickly and get any replacement parts or items to you without delay.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

Really happy with these. My old grates were rusted out and these fit perfectly and heat evenly. Good sear marks on everything and cleanup is easy.
I take my grilling seriously and these are quality. Heavy stainless that feels really durable, I expect them to last for years. They hold heat well so I get consistent results every time.
Just upgraded my grill with these and what a difference. You can tell the stainless is good quality, and my grill looks and cooks like new. Big improvement.
Well made and they work like they say, nice even cook. The price felt a little steep for a set of grates though. Hoping they last a long time to make it worth it.
I hesitated spending this much on grates, but these are great. Dropped right into my grill and cooking improved right away. Meat cooks more evenly and doesn't stick nearly as much.
