Description
The Ruby Cooking Grates with 15" Round Inset (Ruby-CIRGR3B-3pc) are a set of three 304 stainless steel grates for the 30" Ruby 3B grill. The grate bars are 5/8" thick for heat retention and even cooking.
The 15" round inset gives you a place for indirect heat grilling and round accessories. The set weighs about 8 lbs and covers the full cooking area. The grates resist rust and corrosion, food is less likely to stick, and they drop straight into the grill for replacement. For natural gas or propane models.

Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 3 business days after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
When the shipment arrives, please do the following:
- Inspect every box carefully before signing. There is no such thing as damage that is too small: dents, tears, crushed corners, punctures, or scuffs should all be noted.
- Take clear photos of any box that shows damage.
- On the delivery receipt, write down exactly how many boxes have visible damage. If it is electronic, have the driver show you where to notate the damage. Before handing it back, take a photo of the document showing your notation.
After the driver leaves, please immediately open and inspect the items themselves. If you find any damage, contact us with the following:
- A photo of the item unboxed with the damage visible
- A close-up photo of the actual damage
- A photo of the delivery document where you noted the box damage
These steps ensure we can file a claim quickly and get any replacement parts or items to you without delay.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.
Customer reviews

These 5/8" 304 SS grates are a serious upgrade for my 30" Ruby. Heat distribution is a lot better and I'm finally getting good sear marks every time. Easy to clean too. Worth it if you grill a lot.
No question on quality, the 304 stainless feels solid and they fit my 30" Ruby perfectly. For the price though I was hoping for a bigger change, and they're good but not night and day from my old grates. The 15" round inset is nice for a wok.
What a difference. The 5/8" stainless is heavy duty and holds heat really well. My steaks have never looked or tasted better and the 3 piece set with the round inset fits how I grill. Recommend them if you have the 30" 3 burner Ruby.
Solid replacement for my worn out grates. The 304 stainless seems very durable and they fit my 30" Ruby without any issues. They clean up pretty easily after a cookout, which I like. Just wish they came with more detailed care instructions.
Love these grates. The 5/8" 304 SS is great quality and the fit on my 30" Ruby is perfect. I've grilled everything from fish to thick burgers, and the even heat and how little sticks is impressive.
