17" x 24" Left Swing Vertical Single Access Vented Door

The Sunstone Classic Series Flush Style 17" x 24" Vertical Vented Access Door Left Swing (A-DV1724-L) gives tall, easy access to storage, gas shut-offs and plumbing inside your outdoor kitchen island. Its built-in vent lets heat and gas escape the island while you use it.

The door has a 16 gauge 304 stainless steel frame and an 18 gauge door panel with a No. 4 light brushed finish. The finish resists rust and corrosion outdoors and matches the rest of the Classic Series doors, drawers and grills. It is a left swing vented door, and top and bottom magnets hold it closed.

Every door ships with a Polished Chrome Handle. You can upgrade to a Signature Series, Texan Series or Designer Series handle when you order, to match the handles on your other components.

The overall frame measures 20" W x 1-5/8" D x 27" H and fits a 17-1/4" W x 24-1/4" H cut-out. It mounts flush against the island's outside wall using pre-drilled frame holes, on stone, stucco, brick or veneer. It weighs 11 lbs.

Every grill island needs at least two vents: one low for liquid propane and one high for natural gas. This vented door covers one of the two, so pair it with a second vented door or an island vent.
